As Miller Laine Property Management's lead Property Manager, Ian leads the division and it’s team.  He is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service. In his quest for knowledge, Ian attends as many industry relevant classes and conferences as he can. He currently holds the 2012 President Elect position for the King County Chapter of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and will be the 2013 Chapter President. He is proactive in his management of property and is always available to his clients and customers. He takes pride in working with all levels of Property Owner’s from the 1st time landlord, to the seasoned investor.
